The latest information will be available, real-time, everytime you look. It also gives you convenient access to the latest promotions and promotional materials to help you maximize your sales of our Luxury Included(R) Resorts. It's simple to download and enter your preferences of the most important information for you to receive.

Q: How long does it take to download and install Sandals News Network?

A: Sandals News Network is downloaded, installed and loaded in a minute or two on a broadband connection. A dial-up connection will require more time.

Q: Where does Sandals News Network install to on my machine?

A: Sandals News Network installs in different locations for Mac and PC.

For PC:
Sandals News Network installs to:
C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Application Data\Direct Message Lab (Windows XP)

Sandals News Network installs to the "Direct Message Lab/451" folder under your Documents on the harddisk.

Select Restart from Sandals News Network dropdown located on the top left corner of your desktop.

A: Click on the close (X) element in Sandals News Network interface. Or, right click on the icon and choose "Minimize".

Q: Can I remove Sandals News Network from automatically loading each time I start my computer?

A: For PC:
Yes. To do this, go through the Start menu Start>All Programs>Startup>Sandals News Network, right click on Sandals News Network and choose delete. You will now need to load Sandals News Network manually by clicking on Sandals News Network shortcut on your desktop or selecting it under the program group.

For Mac:
Yes. To do this, 1) Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu 2) Choose Accounts from the View menu 3) Click the name of your user 4) Click the Login Items button 5) Locate the Sandals News Network record and delete it. You will now need to load Sandals News Network manually by clicking Sandals News Network under the installation folder of your Documents folder.

Q: Why does Sandals News Network icon disappear from my system tray?

A: Be sure that Hide Inactive Icons is not active.
1) Right Click on the Task Bar and select Properties.
2) On the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties window under the Taskbar tab, Notification Area checks to see if Hide inactive icons is selected.
3) Unselect and click "Apply."

A: For PC:
